Delicious Parsley Salad

Tabouli Salad


4 cups finely chopped parsley

2 small diced tomato (preferably with the seeds removed)

1 finely chopped small red onion

1/2 cup finely chopped mint

1 cup cooked bulgur wheat, couscous or your favorite grain on hand

1 small diced green bell pepper


1/2 cup Olive oil

1 tbsp Sumac

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste


Prepare: Combine throughly and enjoy!
